Job site cleanup is a chore, especially when it comes to fumbling and dumping debris into a dumpster or dump truck at the end of the day. It’s time consuming and it uses skilled manpower better used for more intense roofing work, like tear-off and installing new tar paper, shingles, and more.
During our time as roofers ourselves, we knew there had to be a more efficient way to handle dumping debris on site. That’s precisely why we created the Equipter RB4000.
The Equipter RB4000’s powerful hydraulic cylinders make it possible for you to dump debris from any position—even when the Equipter is extended to its maximum height of 12 feet. Plus, its hydraulic tailgate enables you to dump scraps and dirt from the Equipter into your dump truck, dump trailer, or roll-off container with one touch. It doesn’t get easier than that!
The RB4000 has a job site capacity of 4000 lbs—that's the equivalent of 12 to 15 square of asphalt shingles! When you have the Equipter, it's easy to transport tools and materials up to the roof you're replacing and then haul all the roofing debris from tear-off across the job site to your stationary dumpster or roll-off container. Traveling at average walking speed with a gas-powered engine, the RB4000 is self-propelled so all you have to do is hop on the back and steer to the job's designated dump container.
You can also use the Equipter as a small utility trailer. Its towing capacity of 3,540 lbs allows you to haul plenty of roofing materials, supplies, and even trash on the road to and from the job site every day. That capability alone makes the RB4000 ideal for small roofing jobs and roof repairs.
If you’ve been looking for a way to save time and increase productivity on the job, you’ve found it! Check out this video to see how the Equipter RB4000 makes dumping easy.
