Equipter, LLC offers a rental rebate of $150 for any individual in the United States or Canadian that rents an Equipter 4000 between the dates of June 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024 from any of the third-party rental businesses registered in our database.
Individuals can be awarded one (1) $150 Manufacturer’s Rebate for an Equipter rental. Equipter maintains a working database of company names, representatives, and locations of all rebate applicants and recipients.
If the representative who submitted a receipt for the rebate changes companies, the company he or she transfers to will qualify as long as it meets the above criteria (is absent from Equipter’s rebate database).
Qualifying rental companies can be found via the online Rental Locator tool or by calling Equipter at 717-661-3591 Monday through Friday, 7AM - 5PM EST.
The Equipter Manufacturer’s Rental Rebate can be claimed one of two ways.
An individual may claim their rental rebate by filling out and submitting Equipter’s online form, complete with a copy of the company’s rental receipt. In order to receive the rebate, an account representative will follow up with the individual requesting a rebate and ask questions about their rental experience.
An individual may claim their rental rebate by calling Equipter, 717-661-3591, and talking to an account representative. The individual will need to provide their contact information and a receipt or other proof of rental.
Each recipient of the Equipter Rental Rebate should receive its $150 check made payable to the company listed as the renter within four (4) to six (6) weeks following the rental receipt verification by Equipter, LLC and account representative follow-up call. This limited time promotion is valid for rentals booked between June 1, 2024 and October 31, 2024.
All rebates are issued in US dollars.
This rebate credit cannot be redeemed in any other way and holds no cash value.
