Tear it off, throw it down, pick it up, dump it in, drive it off. Not the greatest part of your job, is it? Even with a construction chute, hopper, dumpster, or other equipment to handle your construction waste, managing debris on a job site is never easy. We know that because we’ve lived it.
It happens all too frequently — roof to ground (watch those flower beds!) via hopper or chute or sweat, to trailer or dumpster (wait for the truck), handling the debris again and again. Really, it shouldn’t be this difficult.
Now, it doesn’t have to be.
Debris handling. Not double-handling.
Debris chutes and dumpsters aren’t designed to work together seamlessly. Debris still goes everywhere, causing more work and grumpy homeowners. So, we invented equipment to solve that problem. The Equipter RB4000 provides a total debris management solution for your construction site.
Since the RB4000 is streamlined and self-driven, you can maneuver it through any yard or job site. A tight turning radius allows positioning wherever you want, and the
hydraulic roll back mechanism brings the box right up close (and over the landscaping).
We designed the Equipter “Roofer’s Buggy” with an 11’ lift, so you can load debris at second floor or roof height, and lower it to the ground via powered hydraulics. (No ladders or throwing needed.) Stability is ensured by
hydraulic outriggers, and the large lids open to channel the trash.
When you’re ready, drive the debris to your truck or dumpster. Lift and empty the load at the move of a lever. No more handling debris a second (or third) time.
How much time would this save you? And, how many
non-grumpy homeowners would refer their friends? If this sounds like something your business could benefit from, contact us now.
